The Saudi Arabia authority has declared that there will be no Saudi Arabia offer for Lionel Messi. According to Spanish football analyst Guillem Balague, Paris St. Germain star Lionel Messi has not been approached by Al Hilal. And would not consider a move to Saudi Arabia even if the club offered him a contract.
